MSK Radiologist

Advanced Imaging Alliance – Huron Valley Radiology Division is actively recruiting a fellowship–trained MSK radiologist to support our new business growth and opportunities in Southeast Michigan-Pontiac.

The MSK section of Huron Valley Radiology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist to join our dynamic radiology team within our growing division. The MSK Radiologist will play a key role in diagnosing and interpreting a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions through advanced imaging techniques as well as showing a willingness to support other subspecialties (e.g., body, neuro). This role requires a deep understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, pathologies, and imaging modalities.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform and interpret musculoskeletal imaging studies including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and provide insights for patient management.
  • Provide guidance and support for image-guided procedures such as joint injections and aspirations.
  • Mentor and train radiology residents and fellows in MSK radiology. Participate in continuing education and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or equivalent.
  • Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to obtain a medical license in the State of Michigan and the State of Indiana.
  • Advanced certifications in MSK imaging modalities are a plus.
